ARe CHILDREN WELCOME IN CHURCH?

Yes! Northwood loves children and offers two great options during worship.

 For children who are infants through age 4, a nursery is available to provide members and visitors with safe, secure, and dependable childcare. We believe that a child begins to develop his or her first images of God and church as early as infancy, and so provide a nursery where children feel safe and loved. Young children are also always welcome in the Sanctuary regardless of their age.  

 Older children are invited to accompany their parents into worship and to pick up a Worship Bag full of crayons and activities which they may use during the service.  

 As Covid protocols allow, older children, age 5 through 2nd grade, will have an opportunity to attend Children’s Church for the second half of the worship service.
