GROW
Northwood is a community of believers who seek spiritual growth in fellowship with others. For us, learning is a life-long process. We seek to grow in our love for one another and in our understanding of God and God’s calling in our lives.
Children
CHILDREN
During worship, there is a special time for children to gather. After this time, kindergarteners through third graders have the opportunity to leave the worship service for ‘Children’s Church’ which includes a story and craft. Children return to the sanctuary at the end of the service.
Vacation Bible School is offered each summer.
Youth
YOUTH
Youth attend Mid-Winter Retreats at Mo Ranch, conduct an annual Fiesta Parade Fundraiser, lead worship on Youth Sunday, and participate in mission and service events.
Adults
Presbyterian women
Northwood hosts three Presbyterian Women Circles that provide Bible study, fellowship and a way to connect to the members of the church.
The Saturday morning Circle meets at 9:30 am on the second Saturday of each month. The Wednesday Circle meets at 10 am on the second Wednesday of the month. The Monday Circle meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. Come join us for a time of fellowship and spiritual enrichment. Contact the church office for more info.
MEN’s Fellowship
Northwood Men gather on the second Saturday of each month, at 8 am, for breakfast, fellowship, and a devotional. Visitors are welcomed. Bring your appetite and join us, or call the church office for more info.
ADULT SUNDAY CLASSES
Join us for lively study and discussion in our adult Sunday School each week at 9:45.
BOOK CLUB
NPC bookclub meets the fourth Sunday of the month. We review fiction books from September through May and non-fiction books during the summer. All are welcome! Contact the church office for more info.
