"Do You Hear Me Now?" [Audio] [no PDF]

On Pentecost Sunday, we usually talk about "speaking in tongues" or about how the followers spoke and all the people of the different regions heard another language. But the real point is that each person heard the gospel in their own language. God speaks to each one of us in our own language, and that is the good news.

June 5, 2011, Sunday of Ascension, Acts 1:6-14
"Task Force and Prayer Group" [Audio] [PDF]

With earthly Jesus turned to Spirit presence, they were in a world like they had never experienced before. Today, us churches are facing a world we have never experienced before. So instead of doing what we always do - like organizing a committee or doing a study, maybe we to take a lesson from what they did. All of them joined together to make the Spirit "one body," and they became a prayer group and a task force.
